Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

What we deliver

Our service is digital. Nothing is shipped by post or courier: your website is delivered online, at your own web address.

Preview

We send a preview link of your website on WhatsApp and email within 5 working days after we receive your advance payment and your complete business details (logo, photos, services and timings).

Go-live

After you approve the preview and pay the balance, your website goes live within 2 working days. With the Care Plan we register the domain in your business’s name; a new domain can take up to 48 hours to work everywhere.

Delays

If anything delays your website, such as missing details or domain registration, we’ll tell you on WhatsApp straight away with a new date.

Support after delivery

With the Care Plan, updates are made within 2 working days of your request. Without the Care Plan, small updates are quoted per request.
