About these terms

These terms apply when you order a website or a plan from Website Engine (“we”, “us”). By paying the advance you agree to them.

Our service

We design and set up websites for clinics, salons, cafes, gyms, coaching centres and other local businesses using our ready-made designs, with your business’s name, logo, photos, services and details. With the Care Plan we also provide the domain, hosting, updates and Google Business Profile support described on our Pricing page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown on our Pricing and order pages. The website setup is ₹2,999 one-time. You pay an advance of ₹1,500 to start; the balance is paid after you approve the preview and before the website goes live. Payments are made through Razorpay, UPI or bank transfer.

Care Plan

The Care Plan costs ₹14,990 a year or ₹1,499 a month and starts on the day your website goes live, not before. With the monthly plan, the first 3 months are a minimum term and are paid together when your website goes live; after that it is paid monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. If a monthly plan is cancelled within the first 12 months, a one-time domain fee of ₹1,000 applies and the domain is transferred to your name. Growth plan advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google.

What you provide

You send correct business details and confirm that you have the right to use the logo, photos and text you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your website, including any health, legal or financial information, and for following the advertising rules that apply to your business or profession in India.

Changes

Small changes to text, photos, timings, services and team members are included before go-live (and at any time with the Care Plan). New pages, a different design after approval or a full redesign are quoted separately.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the content of your website (your text, photos and details) is yours. With the Care Plan the domain is registered in your business’s name. If you leave, we hand over the domain and a full copy of your website. Our design templates remain ours and are licensed for use on your website.

Results

We build websites to help businesses be found and booked online, but we cannot guarantee a particular number of customers, enquiries, or a position in Google results or AI answers.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WhatsApp, Google or payment gateways.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first, so please contact us.
