Refund & Cancellation Policy

Not happy with the preview? Full refund

If you are not happy with the first preview of your website, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and before the website goes live, and we refund your advance of ₹1,500 in full.

Cancelling before we start

If you cancel before sending us your business details, or within 48 hours of paying the advance, we refund the advance in full.

After go-live

Once you have approved the preview and the website is live, the website setup fee is not refundable, because the work has been delivered.

Care Plan (monthly)

The monthly Care Plan starts with a minimum term of 3 months, paid together when your website goes live; this first payment is not refunded once your website is live. After that, cancel with 30 days’ notice; the plan stops at the end of the paid month and is not refunded for the current month. If you cancel within the first 12 months, a one-time domain fee of ₹1,000 applies and the domain is transferred to your name.

Care Plan (yearly)

You can cancel the yearly Care Plan at any time; it will simply not renew. A yearly fee can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment; after that, the current year is not refunded. No domain fee applies.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. Bank or card processing can take a few more days.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your business name and payment reference. We confirm the refund within 2 working days.
